HULU & DISNEY+ PERKS: COMIC-CON TIX SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

To enter the Hulu & Disney+ Perks: Comic-Con Tix Sweepstakes («Sweepstakes«), you must agree to and abide by these Official Rules («Official Rules«). 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. 

  1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, at the time of entry and throughout the Sweepstakes Period and prize fulfillment period as set forth below, are: (a) legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older). Entrants must not be an employee or director, or IRS dependent, immediate family member or individual residing in the same household of, an employee or director, of Hulu, LLC («Hulu«) or Disney Streaming Services, LLC (“DSS”) (collectively, “Sponsor”), Probability LLC («Administrator«), Epsilon Data Management, LLC («Epsilon«), San Diego Comic Convention («Comic-Con«) or their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or production agencies, or promoting the Comic-Con Convention (including presenters, performers and other talent appearing at the 2025 San Diego Comic-Con Convention) or anyone involved in the selection of the winner (collectively, «Sweepstakes Entities«). Void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

  1. Sweepstakes Entry: The Sweepstakes begins at 1:00 PM Eastern Time («ET«) on June 2, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2025 («Sweepstakes Period«). Administrator’s computer is the Sweepstakes’ official clock.

How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (1) Online (available for Hulu subscribers); (2) Online (available for Disney+  subscribers) and (3) via Mail-in Entry (if not a Hulu/Disney+ subscriber).

  1. Hulu Subscriber Online Entry: You must be a Hulu subscriber, with an online MyDisney account to enter online. Navigate the internet to https:/sweepstakes.hulu.com and click on the Hulu Perks: Comic-Con Tix Sweepstakes , which will take you to the Sweepstakes home page («Website«) and click the «Enter» button. You will need to log in using your MyDisney account (the «Account») username or e-mail address and password; or, if you do not have an online MyDisney account, you will need to create an account. You may create an account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the «Create an Account» link and providing the requested information on the registration form through the «Create Your Disney Account» section on the Website. Proof of inputting information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor or Administrator as to eligibility of entry and is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor or Administrator.

  1. Disney+ Subscriber Online Entry: You must be a Disney+ subscriber, with an online MyDisney account to enter online. Navigate the internet to https://perks.disneyplus.com («Disney+ Website«). You will need to log in using your MyDisney account (the «Account«) email address associated with your Disney+ subscription; or, if you do not have an online MyDisney account, you will need to create an account. You may create an account for free by visiting the Disney+ Website, clicking on the «Create an Account» link and providing the requested information on the registration form through the «Create Your Disney Account» section on the Disney+ Website. You must register for the Sweepstakes through the Disney+ Website. Once you are logged into your Account, you may enter the Sweepstakes by navigating to the «Discover» page, clicking on the «Comic-Con Tix Sweepstakes» image, and following the instructions within the Disney+ Website to enter. Once you click «Enter» where indicated, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Proof of inputting information at the Disney+ Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator as to eligibility of entry and is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator.

All entries must be received by June 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.

During the entry process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails from Sponsor and/or Comic Con. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor (available at https://privacy.thewaltdisneycompany.com/en/current-privacy-policy/) and/or Comic-Con (available at https://www.comic-con.org/privacy/) as applicable and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.

  1. Free Alternate Method of Entry Form («AMOE»): To enter the Sweepstakes without becoming a Hulu or Disney+ subscriber, individuals who are eligible as per above may send a note card with their name, email address (required), city and state of residence, and daytime phone number and mail in an envelope to: Hulu & Disney+ Perks: Comic-Con Tix Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-9999 («Mail-in Entry«). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2025 and received by July 7, 2025 to be eligible for the drawing. To be eligible, Mail-in entries must be postmarked from an address in the 50 U.S. or District of Columbia Each note card must be mailed separately. Multiple mail-in entries mailed in the same envelope will not be accepted. All mail-in entries must be handwritten. Mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. Proof of sending or mailing of mail-in entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due mail-in entries, all of which will be disqualified. Mail-in entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned. Receipt of mail-in entry will not be acknowledged.

Limit of one (1) entry of any kind per person per day regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have. A «day» is defined as starting at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59 PM ET except for the first day (6/2/25) which will begin at 1:00 PM ET. Multiple entries in violation of the preceding entry limit and/or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties are prohibited. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified.


*IMPORTANT: Data rates may apply if Sweepstakes entry is submitted via your mobile device according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers’ rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging/data rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your device’s capabilities for specific instructions.

  1. Winner Selection and Odds: Potential winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator. The drawing will take place on or about July 8, 2025. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is available to millions of internet users. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
  1. Winner Notification: Potential Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone on or about July 8, 2025. Before being declared the winner («Winner«), potential prize winner will be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of date on notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the «Prize Claim Documents«). Failure to respond to the initial notification within three (3) business days after notification, return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting). If the guest of the Winner is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, The Winner must be their parent or legal guardian.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account (for entries made via Method A) or the email address indicated on the Mail-In Entry (for entries made via Method B), as applicable. «Authorized account holder» is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

THE WINNER WILL BE ISSUED A FORM 1099 FOR TAX PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE PRIZE AND MUST SUBMIT THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY OR TAX ID NUMBER, AS APPROPRIATE, AS REQUIRED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL INCOME TAXES IMPOSED ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. 

  1. Prize and Approximate Retail Value («ARV»):

There will be one (1) prize awarded («Prize«). 

Prize (One [1] Winner): Winner will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for the Winner and one (1) guest to San Diego, CA to attend the San Diego Comic-Con International Convention (“Convention”) scheduled for July 23-27, 2025 (the “Trip”). The Trip includes: two (2) badges to attend the Convention in San Diego; four (4) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a San Diego, CA area hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) to San Diego from a major airport near Winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor) to a San Diego area airport selected by Sponsor; roundtrip ground transportation to/from the San Diego area airport and hotel; and ground transportation to/from San Diego hotel and Convention. 

Winner must travel on specific dates to be designated by Sponsor to coincide with the Convention, which is scheduled for July 23-27, 2025 in San Diego, CA. If Winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner (time permitting) from among the remaining non-winning entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. Once travel is booked, travel dates cannot be changed unless by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Winner is unable to travel once the travel dates are booked, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligations to the Winner. Prize trip is subject to availability and other restrictions. 

Winner will be issued badges after verification of their eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules. Winner and guest must abide by all venue and event policies, including but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for identification purposes if requested. Comic-Con reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from Winner or Winner’s guest who it and/or venue/Convention personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue/Convention policy or law, and/or may bring Comic-Con into disrepute. Resale of badges is prohibited. Should the Convention be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. 

In the event the Winner can participate in the Trip as scheduled but the Convention does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize (i.e., a trip to San Diego) with no further obligation to the Winner. Convention is subject to, and Sponsor is not responsible for, changes to production schedule, production exigencies or delays, postponements or cancellation of the Convention. Without limiting the foregoing, no cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or portions thereof of equal or greater value if prize listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason. If Winner’s residence is within one hundred-fifty (150) miles of San Diego, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded. Prize is not transferable without the prior written consent of Sponsor which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion and without liability of any kind.

Winner and guest must conduct themselves at all times in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectable manner during the Prize trip. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize and/or termination of trip without liability to Sponsor or other Released Parties (as defined below); and, Sponsor and/or other Released Parties further reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies against winner and/or guest under such circumstances. 

Winner and guest will not receive any award points, frequent flier miles or similar “perks” in conjunction with Prize trip.

Guest (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents. If winner elects to attend the Trip without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded.

Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses related to the Trip not specified herein, including but not limited to meals, beverages, tips, taxes, travel insurance, and hotel incidentals. Winner and guest must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure location and date, and return location and date or Trip may be forfeited in its entirety. Accommodation restrictions may apply. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsor’s approval. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Certain documentation and requirements may be necessary for travel, such as photo identification. Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for any documentation and requirements and determining applicable procedures and restrictions. In addition, the Winner may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in. Should Winner not have a credit card/payment instrument with sufficient available credit/funds to pay for a hotel stay of four (4) nights (or in such other amount as prescribed by hotel), Winner agrees to sign additional documents and/or take other steps prescribed by Sponsor, upon request and without compensation of any kind, so as to protect Sponsor from incurring any liability for damage to the hotel rooms caused during the hotel stay by Winner and guest. Winner and guest must provide own transportation to and from departure airport. 

Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to departure. 

ARV of Prize: $4,500.00. Actual final value of Trip may be higher or lower based on point of departure and hotel availability and cost as determined at time of purchase and travel. Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the ARV in these Official Rules.

  1. Limitations on Liability: By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor, Administrator, Epsilon, Comic-Con, and each of their respective parents, partners, divisions, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, affiliates, and employees, Meta Platforms, Inc., X Corp., TikTok Inc. and their landlords or licensors, and each of their respective parents, partners, divisions, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, affiliates, and employees (collectively «Released Parties«) will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be released and held harmless by entrants, for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or entrant’s failure to comply with the Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable to Winner or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control. The Released Parties are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prize by means of a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website and Disney+ Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized faccess to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or internet online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE/DISNEY+ WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Except where legally prohibited, Winner grants (and agrees to confirm in writing) permission for the Released Parties to use such Winner’s name, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or statements made by, or attributed to the Winner in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval or compensation and in perpetuity.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED «AS IS» WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  1. Disputes/Choice of Law: To the fullest extent permitted by law, participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the award of the prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Central District of California/Southern Division or California State court situate in Orange County, California; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
  1. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read this policy, which can be found at https://disneyprivacycenter.com.
  1. Winner List: To obtain the name of the Prize Winner of the Sweepstakes, send a properly stamped self-addressed envelope, by July 31, 2025 to: Hulu & Disney+ Perks: Comic-Con Tix Sweepstakes Winner’s List, c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559.
